This life style is full of lots of randomness... You never know what is going to happen that day. But some of it turns out for the best. Like one day on our way out of cali we were on I-40 heading east towards flagstaff and sadly there was a bad accident and they shut the interstate down, for 3 hrs we sat there waiting for them to clean it up. Well before we got to the accident i saw a van flying by us, it was white with a logo on it that looked very familiar. I imediantly shouted it out and then began my frantic search on google... gotta love google! I was right! It was the van from American Pickers the TV show. And i was like no way, catch up i want to see if the stars of the show were in it. So tim tried but the van was hauling butt and thats when we came up to the accident. So while we were sitting there in a HUGE back up i noticed the van was only a couple cars away. just when i saw the van i noticed it was going to try and go through the grassy median to get to the other side and head back where it came from. And then... IT GOT STUCK!
We laughed about it for a little, while others got out and helped. I know how mean of us... but im sry, just looking at the grassy area i knew there was no way he would of made it. So after 20 mins or so of the people trying to get the van un stuck i told tim to go out there because he knew exactly what to do. and of course tim saved the day and got the van out of the grassy / really muddy area. And it turned out that it wasnt the stars of the show but the producer that was headed to the grand canyon to get some footage. He was super nice and we invited him into the truck where i made him a pulled pork sandwich and bottle of water and in return he gave us a mini poster of the show. So there i say randomness is pretty sweet sometimes.

and so it began...
Since I have been reading so many other blogs, I decided to start our own. I feel like sometimes our life is pretty interesting, I mean how many people do you that would quit their job to move into a semi truck to live. So lets start it right there... alittle background to how it all began. Almost 3 years ago i met Tim. It was very random and never thought it would go any where. I was out with a friend one night and from the way Tim tells the story she kept looking at him and by the third time she glanced his way he decided to drag his friend with him over our way. Tim then introduced him self and his friend and asked to share our table that we were sitting at outside. Long story short, we exchanged numbers and random texts. Which then led to non stop texting and advanced to long phone calls plus non stop texting. So after a month thats all it took
I moved into a 8x7x8 1/2 box with nothing but my backpack, duffle bag, and of course my 32in tv BC his 26in wasnt cutting it for him anymore. And so I have LOVED every minute of it.So now im going to give everyone an inside look to life on the road and share some of our experiences over the past 2 yrs that I have been out here.
